The jobholder supports the implementation of the global sustainability strategy of SWISS KRONO Group and the integration of ecological, social, regulatory and economic aspects into the organization.

The area of responsibility includes a holistic view of company processes, internal and external stakeholder management with optimum efficiency always being the top priority.

In close cooperation with the specialized departments and local organizations, the jobholder will develop concrete action plans for the implementation of the sustainability strategy.

Your tasks:

  • Ensure compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and other relevant sustainability related legal and internal requirements
  • Coresponsible for implementing the SWISS KRONO Sustainability Strategy, including the CO2-Reduction Roadmap
  • Organizationof the annual global sustainability reporting process, including Groupwide data collection and report preparation
  • Identify and analyze continuously the sustainability requirements we face (customers, legal requirements etc.) and derive suitable measures to meet these requirements
  • Establish a network of sustainability experts and promote the exchange on sustainability activities within SWISS KRONO Group

Your profile:

  • Studies in environment, sustainability, engineering or economics or comparable
  • At least 2 years working experience, Ideally in a comparable position
  • Relevant experience in the field of sustainability and comprehensive knowledge of relevant requirements (laws, authorities, customers) as well as relevant standards and frameworks such as CSRD and SBTi, GRI, LkSG/SCA
  • Experience with ISO Certifications, Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), Carbon Footprint Accounting or other relevant sustainabilityrelated Certifications or labels
  • Reliable, resilient and communicative person with a flair for creating documents that are appropriate to the addressee
  • Passion for the topic of sustainability combined with a pronounced solution orientation and healthy pragmatism
  • Handling a broad variety of different projects across hierarchies, internal departments and entities in an international environment
  • German and English (B2 or higher)
