For our important client, Accessories Luxury Fashion Company, we are looking for:

STORE MANAGER – GENEVA

This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager in Geneva.

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff recruitment and training.

The Store Manager will also work closely with corporate management to ensure that the store is meeting sales and performance goals, and will liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain an optimal product mix and pricing strategy.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or luxury industries
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales acumen and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team of employees and to recruit, train and motivate staff
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with an ability to balance tactical and strategic priorities
• Strong operational skills, with an ability to manage inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability
• Fluent or Native in French
• Good level of English
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, retail management or a related field is preferred
