Deine Verantwortung:

You are responsible for providing excellent first line support and assistance to international companies
You contact customers about the progress of incidents and provide professional and timely solutions to IT issues
You are in constant communication with all users and technical solution team members
You ensure that unresolved or misdirected incidents are reassigned correctly

Deine Skills:

You have a completed IT education as well as relevant certifications (ITIL, ITSM)
You are familiar with Active Directory administration
You have technical experience in TCP/IP troubleshooting, Exchange administration and mail tracking
Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
