Your role

We are looking for a Client Advisor with a strong affinity to risk management to:
support the team in delivering exceptional client service and experience

- be the point-of-entry for clients' instructions and account queries
- assist with due diligence and monitoring activities
- collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
- keep accurate and up-to-date client documentation related to risk, compliance and regulations

Your team

You will be working in a Wealth Management Eastern Europe team in Zurich.
Our combined efforts help to manage the wealth of our clients, to protect the bank as well as the client through strong partnership.

Your expertise

Front office banking experience (apprenticeship and/or banking traineeship e.g. JUNA etc.)

- unyielding attention to detail
- team player that remains calm also when working under pressure
- comprehensive knowledge and affinity in legal, risk and compliance topics
- works with absolute discretion, tactfulness, and adaptability to changing demands
- very good knowledge of working tools and processes
- fluent in spoken and written English, Russian and German is an asset
