About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our team as Director of Building Construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to drive growth, manage large-scale projects, and contribute to sustainable development in Switzerland.

This key role involves overseeing the Building sector, which consists of approximately 800 employees. You will be responsible for driving activities, especially in Switzerland Romande, and managing complex projects throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Fully Responsible for overall responsibility of building project that ensures successful execution within schedule constraints with high-quality standards set by industry leaders.


• A Sustainable Vision: Propagate innovative construction & energy concepts (BIM) ensuring embedment into daily operations.  


• Broad Proficiency:**Expertise needed in  Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field(FH/University). Possess negligible knowledge requirements. In depth training supplemented by pertinent course taken such as MBA,
  (Federal diploma). Requirements include recognized professional certifications like AICP if available providing added advantages once hired.


• Engagement necessity encompassing long-term strategic vision striving towards organization goals including client needs increase awareness visiting trade fairs international collaborations
