For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:


Asset Management | Lawyer | Zurich | Temp. 4-6 months | Feb. 2023 | % | CHF 150'000

Responsibilities

  • Advise on legal & regulatory requirements regarding financial products and services
  • Negotiate new prospectus, draft and review investment management agreements
  • Research, analyze and report on regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Act as key contact person for the funds structuring process
  • Draft, review and negotiate legal documents

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
  • Completed Swiss MLaw and Swiss bar admission
  • Proven expertise with fund structuring and regulatory matters
  • Min. 5 years of PQE as a Lawyer in the Asset Management sector
