About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a 'hunter' mentality to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in new business development across various sectors and is passionate about driving sales growth in a competitive global market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse industry sectors, leveraging Fujitsu's global portfolio.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and build a robust pipeline, beyond the confines of the traditional IT services.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends across various industries and identify potential leads.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities in various fields.
  • Engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social selling to generate interest and set up meetings to strengthen relationships with potential customers.
  • Present and articulate the value proposition of our global offering to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, focusing on profitable and strategic sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns for diverse sectors.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline status to the management team.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Expertise:


  • Proven experience as a sales 'hunter', with a track record of developing new business in various sectors with a focus on medium to large IT outsourcing deals (e.g Managed Workplace Services, datacenter transformation), hybrid cloud solutions and digitalisation.
  • Strong understanding of market development and industry trends and the ability to adapt sales strategies to different industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with Clevel executives.
  • Selfmotivated and driven, with a relentless pursuit of sales targets in a global context.
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to engage in new topics.
  • Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
