Our client is a leading tech company, Swiss Telecom and IT Services Provider, with attractive employment conditions and modern work culture.

Call Agent 1st Level Support 100% (m/w/d)
Offer
Fixed-term contract 12 months, then the option for a permanent position
Hourly rate CHF gross
Working hours Monday to Sunday 08:00 - 22:00 (2x Sat & 1x Sun/month, shift work)
10 weeks training after that possibility to work from home
Tasks

Manage and support private customers in the area of fixed network, Internet, and TV in French and Italian or German, inbound calls.

Ensuring the technical support of the fixed network, Internet and TV services, high efficiency in solving problems required
Inquiring and recognizing the needs of the customers as well as conducting high-quality sales calls
Accurate and error-free documentation of customer contact in the system
Required skillset
You are fluent in Italian and you speak French or German (2 Languages)
English would be a plus
You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or customer contact
Affection for technology as well as very good PC user skills (MS-Office)
Good expression, a flair for sales, and excellent communication skills
