Your role

Are you trustworthy in driving the business forward? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We're looking for someone like that who can provide businessrelated services and support to Group Treasury:
ensure the desk has the required tools and information to deliver business objectives;

- ensure that best practice procedures, controls and process integrity are maintained;
- provide overall desk support, including ad-hoc reporting, trouble shooting and issue resolution;
- support the development and execution of strategic business plans; working closely with Group Treasury Business Heads and relevant Logistic and Control functions;
- mitigate and resolve operational risks for Group Treasury.

Your team

You'll be working in the Group Treasury COO team in Opfikon, supporting Funding, Structural Rates and FX. Group Treasury is responsible for the execution of Liquidity & Funding risk management as well as managing the structural risk of the firm's balance sheet including interest rates and FX risk to maximize the financial returns generated.

Your expertise
- understanding of Investment Banking and/or Wealth Management front office products & processes, accounting principles and business management;
- experience with our operational infrastructure and/or control framework;
- experience in associated environments with particular emphasis on Front-to-back processes, Operations and Control functions.
- familiar with Treasury ALM products, processes and metrics, such as: cash management, interest rate/FX risk management, liquidity & funding management, Money Market products and OTC derivatives.
