Your contribution to KPMG

Act as a sparring partner in the area of sustainability, especially in risk and compliance related topics as well as carbon footprints

Support our clients in optimizing their firm strategy regarding sustainability goals, social
- environmental
- and governance KPI's and reporting

Audit sustainability reporting's after international standards such as GRI SRS and other non-financial information

Be responsible for different projects within our Sustainability team

Take responsibility for the integration of sustainability in corporate governance systems and help shape processes for controlling and reporting on non-financial issues

This is what makes you successful

Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, engineering, social sciences or natural sciences, with a focus on sustainability

Around 4 to 6 years of experience in sustainability services, strategy or advisory

Knowledge of impact assessment frameworks (GRI, TCFD, UN Guiding Principles for human rights, EU reg. 2088 or EU-Taxonomy)

Familiar with project management, sustainability KPI's and the development of strategic sustainability plans

Proficient German and English skills

Dynamic, communicative, client-focused and quality-conscious personality
