- Take responsibility for creating and implementing PCB designs in close collaboration with the international development team
- Design PCB assemblies for use in high-frequency generators, matching networks, and other products of COMET AG
- Contribute to the layout of the construction and interconnection technology for the PCB assemblies
- Select suitable suppliers, create manufacturing documents for prototypes and series assemblies
- Build and maintain the component database and library
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding the production and assembly of PCBs
- Participate in creating design rules and in the evolution of 'constraint-driven design'
- Completed training as an electronics technician and further training as a technician HF or electrical engineer FH
- Several years of experience in PCB design and profound knowledge of circuits
- Knowledge in EMC-compliant and impedance-controlled PCB design
- Proficient in ECAD software (preferably Altium Designer)
- Knowledge of device design and interconnection technology
- Experience with ERP and PLM systems, preferably (SAP and Siemens Teamcenter)
- Good German and English language skills
- CID/CID+ certified and knowledge in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) advantageous
- Work on innovative solutions for global challenges
