Bring to life what's next

Support the senior team in developing MVP products for Smart Industrial Application
Support the organization of design thinking workshops and develop customer journeys
Conduct market research
Create cold leads
Help create content on Digital Engineering, Smart Products, Data Strategy, and Digital Transformation and track engagement
Support the senior team in organizing and structuring the deal pipeline and create convincing proposal decks
Facilitate market development and organize client meetings
Attend conferences and represent our topics

Your qualifications

Academic excellence: outstanding bachelor's or/ and master's degree in a renowned University in the field of Business or Technology.
Industry knowledge: initial work experience in Innovation, Data Science and or Digital Marketing from previous internships, understanding of Design Thinking and Value Proposition Design.
Consulting experience: first experiences in consulting and project management favorable.
Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured and hands on work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and selfresponsibility to deadlines and an entrepreneurial mindset. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German mandatory (C1 level), strong presentation and communication skills.
Digital affinity: Affinity and appreciation for Data Science and Digital Transformation, proficient in powerpoint and other marketing software tools.
Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
