Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:


  • Develop a deep understanding of the customers' objectives, challenges, and pain points to offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

Sales and Business Development:


  • Collaborate with the external sales team to strategize and execute effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings virtually to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our precision fluidic components.

Solution Consultation:


  • Collaborate with the engineering teams to develop customized solutions that meet customers' unique requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the advantages of our fluidic components in enhancing their OEM systems.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Use CRM data to track progress, forecast sales, and generate reports.

Market Intelligence:


  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and emerging technologies within the life science and fluidics sector.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product development team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, etc.).
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a technical or B2B environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical information and build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • English as a main language and German/French would be a plus.
