In this context, the City of Thônex wishes to strengthen its team with the addition of a position: Lawyer.Main missions and responsibilities:- Provide legal advice, analyses, and support to the Council as well as to the various services in their daily activities and processes (labor law, construction, urban planning, etc.);- Draft, verify, and adapt regulations, decisions, and other legal documents;- Ensure regulatory monitoring, particularly in the fields of public, contractual, and labor law;- Participate in the management and follow-up of contentious and pre-contentious files in collaboration with external parties;- Manage the processing and follow-up of municipal grants;- Oversee the processing and follow-up of communal housing;- Act as the LIPAD respondent, particularly ensuring official communication with the Canton;- Support processes related to elections;- Supervise the Business Continuity Plan (BCP);- Oversee the entire process related to the municipal council exposed in the reasons;- Manage tasks related to legal activities (classification, deadline monitoring, management in Swiss law, ideally with experience in public law and/or private law);- Confirmed experience in a similar function;- Experience within a public institution, particularly in project, process or team management, is an asset;- Excellent writing skills as well as a developed analytical and synthetic mind;- Strong management skills and mastery;- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and respond to the needs of others;- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.Additional information:- Start date: To be agreed- Employment rate: 100%- Are you ready to take on these challenges while joining a dynamic and motivated team?
