YOUR TASKS

  • Implementing the RED HR objectives in the business department
  • Responsible for the whole recruitment and onboarding process
  • Supporting the development of HR strategies, policies, and practices
  • Creating a learning & development agenda for RED
  • Improving and monitoring employee productivity and performance
  • Analysing and preparing HR KPI's and regularly present to RED Management Team
  • Comparing and structuring compensation and benefits
  • Improving relations between staff and employers and evaluating staffing needs
  • Engaging with RED Department as consultant, advisor and coach

YOUR PROFIL

  • Degree in HR management and +7 years of experience in a HR BP role in CH
  • Knowledge and/or experience with national and regional labor law, and tax and social security regulations
  • A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee and union relations, etc.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods, both quantitative and qualitative, ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results
  • Excellent mentoring & relationship building skills, ability to empathize with others
  • Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive nature
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Highly organized and structured
  • German & French language skills are a must, English skill is an advantage
