HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


As a Digital Transformation Intern, you will define & lead projects aiming to digitalize existing paper/Excel managed process or approval workflows.


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Create or update existing project charters (scope, outputs, stakeholders, milestones etc.)
  • Collect detailed needs with business key users
  • Select relevant tool(s) to cover needs
  • Implement (development, testing, documentation)
  • Deploy solution (cutover, change management/training)


Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop your creative and analytical skills, and gain hands-on experience in the field of digital transformation.


Requirements:


  • Preferably an experience in merchandising/trade marketing
  • Knowledge of DocuSign, Office 365 (specially sharepoint) is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Well organized, autonomous, proactive and detail oriented, ability to work in fastpaced collaborative environment and to handle multiple tasks
