As a Digital Transformation Intern, you will define & lead projects aiming to digitalize existing paper/Excel managed process or approval workflows.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Create or update existing project charters (scope, outputs, stakeholders, milestones etc.)
- Collect detailed needs with business key users
- Select relevant tool(s) to cover needs
- Implement (development, testing, documentation)
- Deploy solution (cutover, change management/training)
Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop your creative and analytical skills, and gain hands-on experience in the field of digital transformation.
Requirements:
- Preferably an experience in merchandising/trade marketing
- Knowledge of DocuSign, Office 365 (specially sharepoint) is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Well organized, autonomous, proactive and detail oriented, ability to work in fastpaced collaborative environment and to handle multiple tasks
