Your field of responsibility
We are looking to expand our Advisory Solutions team for the Swiss Private Bank with an Agile Product Owner.

  • In this role you will be responsible to initiate and lead innovative digitalization efforts with the ambition to deliver our leading Private Banking digital advisory solutions to clients, conveyed through our client facing employees as well as digital client selfservices.
  • You assume endtoend responsibility from initial concept to user experience design, requirements, delivery, and rollout with support from our design and technology teams.
  • As Scrum Product Owner you will prioritize the book of work / backlog for multiple teams of developers and as agreed with business sponsors
  • Ensure all parties are aware of scope, expected and realized benefits and timelines
  • Actively manage agile project progress against quality standards, targets and budgets and challenging actions, results, and activities
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues and drive respective mitigations
  • Work at the intersection of business and technology, bringing together key stakeholders from front office, digital strategy, UX/UI design, project management, risk and control functions, and technology.
  • Contribute to the strategy evolution of our advisory digital capabilities
  • The initial focus of this role will be for the Swiss Bank, however this may expand at a later stage to include our global wealth management business

Your future colleagues:

Your role is positioned in the Client Solutions & Platform team of the Swiss Private Bank division's COO department.

As owner of our digital client capabilities and manager of a small, but highly empowered and innovative team, you will work closely with our UX/UI design teams and deliver on your plan together with project managers and technology colleagues in the wider COO department.

To shape your priorities, you are in close dialogue with senior management in our Front Office business areas across our Swiss Wealth Management division.


Your skills and experience

You'll be a good match if you have:

  • Qualification of a college or higher education in Business Management, Finance, Economics or Computer Science with multi-year experience in Banking/Finance
  • Business expertise in Private Banking and Digitalization, paired with strong conceptual and communication skills ideally from prior engagements in private banking and/or management consulting
  • Demonstrable experience as a digital product owner, senior business analyst or project manager in Banking/Finance, ideally in an agile environment
  • Passion to develop new cuttingedge ideas in digitalization and online Private Banking client experience, drive them forward and work with project management and technology teams to deliver them
  • Excellent senior partner management skills and the ability to establish strong and trusted relationships with business/front office and technology partners
  • High degree of flexibility, autonomy, and proactivity to cover multiple topics and deliver on challenges
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in English. Proficiency in German is an additional asset.
