Position Purpose

  • Run completely independent the maintenance plans for the manufacturing, utilities, laboratories, facility and safety related systems
  • Main point of contact for all maintenance related activities & questions, responsible to prepare and discuss the planned maintenance activities / maintenance stops with the stakeholders. Responsible to plan site shut downs
  • Main point of contact with vendors and contractors, responsible that the needed contracts to perform maintenance are in place
  • Handle service requests related to manufacturing facility issues and will plan and schedule the related troubleshooting
  • Develop, implement, follow up and update Preventive Maintenance plan
  • Support initial production planning for starting and ramping up the production
  • Involved in setting up and maintaining the master data in Maximo and in supporting the longterm optimization of asset availability, performance, reliability, quality of output and cost, throughout the entire lifecycle of all operating assets
Position Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Technical Responsibilities

  • Provide planning for corrective and preventive maintenance activities and calibrations. Planning includes developing and clarifying the scope of work, coordinating the activity windows, evaluating the resource, any special tools required, environmental conditions, workforce availability (internal and external), equipment availability, work permits and materials (stocked and nonstocked).
  • Develop standards for repetitive jobs, historical job estimates and track craft/crew back logs.
  • Build and maintain the Calendar to coordinate and lead all PM's over oneyear cycle in order to optimize time and resources.
  • Update Master Data in CMMS Maximo
  • Responsible for the important metrics and KPIs related to maintenance activities.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of maintenance strategies.
  • Perform the review, improvement and update of SOPs, WI and Training material.
Education

  • Completed secondary technical education (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics)
  • Higher work and thinking level
Experience & Proficiencies

  • 5 Years as a Maintenance technician and/or Maintenance planner within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with leading a maintenance team (as team leader / coordinator)
  • Experience with IBM Maximo CMMS systems
  • Experience with MSO tools and Databases
  • Good knowledge of GxP environment
  • Experience with third authorities (PED, pressure equipment, directive
  • Proactive and selfstarter
  • Ability to navigate and communicate at different levels within and outside of the organization
