What you do
Handle legal issues and legal projects as assigned by the Head of Legal/Deputy General Counsel
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating different types of contracts such as NDAs, procurement contracts, lease agreements, maintenance contracts and other contracts
Providing accurate and practical legal advice in a timely manner to all Business Units and subsidiaries
Assisting contract managers within the Legal Services Team in projects, tender processes and other tasks typically allocated to a contract management team in the Business Unit Government Aviation
Support the Legal Services Team in the implementation of internal training in legal and compliance matters
What you bring
Swiss Master of Law degree or equivalent law degree from a European University

years of relevant working experience as an in-house legal counsel or equivalent, preferably in an international company (aviation industry or other industries an advantage)

English and German on a full professional proficiency level (C1-C2)
Independent, proactive and efficient way of working with a quick grasp and a flair for preparing and documenting legal advice content in a way that is appropriate for the target group
Ability to independently supervise larger projects with a high degree of complexity
Team player with very good negotiation, presentation and communication skills
