    For Community DevelopmentImplement initiatives developed by the central Community Development at regional or/and local levelProvide input from the region into the central Community Development teamManage and maintain social media presence across key digital channels within the regionImplement central Community Development growth & retention strategies for membership in the regionImplement and handle the Fellowship programs and centersProvide regular updates of Community Development programs to respective AO officers and Regional ManagersFor MarketingImplement marketing plans for all activities and communities in the region (supported by globally provided toolkits/templates).Implement initiatives developed by the central Marketing Cross functionProvide input from the region into the central Marketing Cross functionFacilitate close collaboration between the central Marketing Cross function and the regional teamsCreate and manage all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction and taking advantage of economies of scale.

    Gather and report local communities needs to the central Marketing teamJob RequirementsStrong relationship management experienceProject manager experience with an outstanding performance ( minimum 5 years)Proven record of professional experience in marketing, communication or relevant field (5 years)Experience in medical devices or healthcare sector is an advantageFirst-hand digital marketing experience, preferably operationally and managing Campaign Management initiatives (paid ads in Social Media, Display, AdWords), from briefing, set-up, and optimizing, through reportingAbility to successfully implement marketing initiativesGood communication skills and ability interact with stakeholders on all levelsExperience setting up new or optimizing working processes within an organizationPassionate about continuous improvement, entrepreneurial and creative mindset to further develop Regional MarketingUniversity Master or Bachelor degree in relevant field (e.g.

    communications, marketing, business) or higher Education "Fachausweis"Fluent written and verbal English. Knowledge of other relevant languages in the region are an asset.
