INTERN TIKTOK MARKETING

(M/F/X — 100%)

Duration: 6 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, optimize and execute strategy on TikTok:

Optimize strategy in a timely manner to ensure that set KPIs are on-track
Biweekly reporting on TikTok channel growth

Content production for TikTok

Manage all content production related work for TikTok including liaising with internal/external stakeholders, storyboarding, filming and editing where possible

Growing and nurturing followers on TikTok

Identify, reach out, and collaborate with TikTok creators

Manage endtoend collaboration with TikTok creators including identifying, outreach, and content planning
Ensure TikTok creators deliver content as planned and in a timely manner

YOUR PROFILE:

Proven trackrecord in growing TikTok channels and followership
Experience in content production for TikTok (e.g. Adobe Premiere, CapCut)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Business fluent English skills are required, German or French is a plus
