- Provide legal support and advice across all phases of project development, with a focus on commercial and distribution matters, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements, including distribution and agency agreements, sales agreements, and other business development contracts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial and distribution activities within project development.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on pertinent matters impacting commercial transactions, including carbon markets and Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) industry regulations.
- Resident in Switzerland
- Min. 4-6 years of legal practice experience, with a specialization in project development, construction law, energy law, and significant exposure to commercial and distribution matters.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts, particularly in the context of large-scale industrial projects.
- Experience or familiarity with carbon markets and the CDR industry
