To learn more, follow this link.Missions The finance manager of the Service des ponts et chaussées (SPC) ensures, as an expert in their field, the management and supervision of the sections of the service in the areas of finance and accounting. They are responsible for the analytical accounting of the SPC as well as the control of investment credits. Under the direction of the cantonal engineer, they ensure the proper execution of the following activities: - Financial and analytical accounting of operating and investment accounts in collaboration with the service sections, the Directorate of Territorial Development, Infrastructure, Mobility, and Environment (DIME), and finance management. - Management of investment credits in collaboration with road project managers. - Financial monitoring and reporting for various financial activities related to the cantonal road network and major Swiss roads. - Quality management for the finance area. - Leading a team of two people. Profile - Higher education in finance and accounting with several years of experience in financial and analytical accounting, or postgraduate qualification in financial expertise and controlling. - Proficiency in analysis and management control. - Mastery of SAP S/4 HANA software and office tools (Microsoft 365). - Comfortable with networking and leading a small team. - Several years of experience in project management. - Knowledge of public processes or willingness to train in this field. - Excellent command of the French language with very good knowledge of the German language.
