Challenges:
Assist the relationship manager(s) in opening new relationships and serving clients, in compliance with the bank's internal regulations and guidelines.
Main responsibilities:
Preparing the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips of the Relationship Managers
Handling AML clarifications and preparing Risk Client Reviews
Preparing and monitoring account openings, closings and mutations
Preparing investment proposals
Maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation (e.g. regarding client instructions, portfolio reviews, etc)
Diverse administrative tasks (e
g:
preparing presentations, travel arrangements, heping clients with any request, banking and non-banking)
About supporting the RMs in maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation, e.g. regarding client instructions, portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.
Education:
- Education: Master Degree
Experience:
- Years of experience: 37 : intermediate
- Experience required: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in private bankin
