    Responsibilities

    Make an impact Leading the Controls Electrical & Commissioning Engineering Team in Switzerland (60% of the role)
  • Enabling and promoting effective and clear communication within the team and other departments
  • Close Collaboration with other departments and line managers in order to achieve the goals
  • Resource Management under consideration of budget and time
  • Coordinating tasks according to the competencies and availability of the team members
  • Performance management and support of learning as well as career planning
  • Supporting decision processes and problem solving as well as decision making under consideration of budget and rules
  • Continuous improvement to increase efficiency and innovation
    • Realization and Support of Projects (40% of the role)
  • Responsibility in projects regarding technical, economic and time constraints
  • Project planning under consideration of resources, feasibility and timing

    What you need to succeed
  • Successful further education or studies in automation or relevant work experience
  • Experience in the realization of automation projects in logistics
  • Knowledge of EPLAN P8 electrical engineering
  • Results-oriented and independent working style
  • Pro-active communication
  • Ideally experience as a team lead
  • Proficient German and English language skills
