We are looking for a new team member to support our Fertility Centre as of 1st October 2023, or by agreement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for all laboratory services at the IVF and andrology laboratory; in particular for IUI/IVF/ICSI/ICSI-TESE, spermiograms and sperm preparation, vitrification and warming of egg cells/zygotes/embryos, cryopreservation of sperm and testicular tissue, and for PGT-A
You will work independently as well as in close collaboration with a wellestablished laboratory and practice team
Using your skills in psychology and your strong sense of empathy, you will explain the laboratory procedures that follow on from follicular puncture to couples
You will regularly take part in conferences and workshops, and so contribute to the further optimisation and improvement of our services
You will be responsible for the material and quality management of the IVF laboratory

YOUR PROFILE

You have a master's degree in Biology/Chemistry/Biochemistry or a medical qualification at university level
You also have a professional development qualification considered suitable by the supervisory authority (e.g. Senior Clinical Embryologist certification (ESHRE), a master's degree in embryology or similar) and also have several years of experience working in an IVF laboratory
You are a solutionfocused, teamoriented, cooperative and approachable person, who enjoys working in a wellestablished, professional and dynamic team
Your personal strengths include effective interpersonal skills and the ability to assert yourself. In addition, you also have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to focus for sustained periods of time
Your commitment and flexibility mean you can accommodate working at weekends
You are competent and confident in the use of IT and have extensive knowledge of MS Office
