Swiss4.0 S.A. is a regulated FinTech company by the FINMA that seeks to provide a one-stop digital solution for financial services.
MISSION
RESPONSABILITIES
- Coordinating and implementing all the operational functions in accordance with regulations and client's needs.
- Setting up, developing, and maintaining relationships with counterparts and other service providers to establish, support and extend bank activity (i
e:
SWIFT, SIC, EuroSIC, PSP).
- Organizing, coordinating, supervising, authorizing, and controlling the processing of domestic and foreign operations.
- Managing team's functions ensuring compliance to the organization's policy, legal and government regulations.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely response to customer questions.
- Performing quality controls, reconciliation and monitor production of KPIs.
- Technical and regulatory monitoring of activities.
- Drafting and updating of procedures and operating modes.
- Ensuring reliable external reporting to the various organizations and internal reporting to the Executive Management.
- Participating in the development of our products and services as well as overseeing new initiatives and projects.
- Assisting the Executive Management in improving our company's performance.
- Team Management (recruitment, performance assessment, etc.).
- Training of employees (coaching, introduction to internal process and procedures, etc.).
YOUR PROFILE
- Languages: French, English and/or German as a mother tongue and an excellent level in another of these languages is an asset.
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking Operations, preferably in a bank of the Swiss financial sector.
- Exceptional skills to provide professional guidance to other employees in different roles (Payments, Cards, etc.).
- Experience with GTExchange and SWIFT Messages.
- Payment reconciliation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel but also Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, etc.).
- Advanced capability to provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
- Fast learner and ability to quickly become familiar with new IT systems.
- Swiss Domicile.
