Overview


We are looking for an Office Manager to oversee the day to day running of the Zurich office of an international provider to the Technology industry.

The role will be based in Zurich and has a workload of 60-80%


Main responsibilities

  • Supporting the Management team with all Administrative tasks within the office.
  • Assisting with travel booking and diary management
  • Maintaining office HR files
  • Developing and implementing controls, policies, and procedures for the office
  • Liaising with all external office service providers
  • Liaising with local authorities
  • Assisting with the preparation of meetings and presentations

Your skills:


  • A minimum of 23 years in a similar Office Management position
  • Fluency in English and German is essential
  • Strong IT skills
  • Highly organised, reliable and professional manner.


For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals or professionals possessing a valid EU/ EFTA passport or holding an existing Swiss permit.
