Overview
We are looking for an Office Manager to oversee the day to day running of the Zurich office of an international provider to the Technology industry.
Main responsibilities
- Supporting the Management team with all Administrative tasks within the office.
- Assisting with travel booking and diary management
- Maintaining office HR files
- Developing and implementing controls, policies, and procedures for the office
- Liaising with all external office service providers
- Liaising with local authorities
- Assisting with the preparation of meetings and presentations
Your skills:
- A minimum of 23 years in a similar Office Management position
- Fluency in English and German is essential
- Strong IT skills
- Highly organised, reliable and professional manner.
For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals or professionals possessing a valid EU/ EFTA passport or holding an existing Swiss permit.
