As Internal Communications Intern - HR, you will support the implementation of internal communications plans.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan the HR communications editorial calendar in line with the organisation's editorial calendar
- Support the coordination and production of internal communications for IOC employees with a strong focus on HR communication (HR operations, inclusion & diversity, performance management, health at work, learning & development, etc.)
- Events (breakfast & learn sessions, webinars, etc.)
send invitations, liaise with the Events Teams regarding the logistics, support content production
- Internal campaigns: contribute to their development and implementation across all channels
- Participate actively in the weekly meetings of the internal communications working group and the human resources teams
- Support other internal communications projects when required
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new internal initiatives, product & service developments, and to ensure brand consistency
Our requirements
- University bachelor degree (Communication or journalism)
- Excellent written and oral command of English and French
- Complete familiarity with IT software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word etc.)
- Excellent command of SharePoint is an asset
- Strong interest in people management and HR activities
- Keen sense of priorities to ensure efficient management of projects and deliverables; ability to multitask; assiduity in following up files
- Ability to look for information, to summarise it and simplify complex processes in simple communications
- Familiarity with teamwork, in terms of both managing the flow of files and communicating with colleagues
- Sense of initiative and ability to work remotely and autonomously as needed
- Keen sense of confidentiality
- Creativity in finding new ways of communicating
- Excellent command of the corporate tools and ability to follow the internal user rules
