Start Date:
As Internal Communications Intern - HR, you will support the implementation of internal communications plans.


Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan the HR communications editorial calendar in line with the organisation's editorial calendar
  • Support the coordination and production of internal communications for IOC employees with a strong focus on HR communication (HR operations, inclusion & diversity, performance management, health at work, learning & development, etc.)

  • Events (breakfast & learn sessions, webinars, etc.)
:
send invitations, liaise with the Events Teams regarding the logistics, support content production

  • Internal campaigns: contribute to their development and implementation across all channels
  • Participate actively in the weekly meetings of the internal communications working group and the human resources teams
  • Support other internal communications projects when required
  • Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new internal initiatives, product & service developments, and to ensure brand consistency

Our requirements

  • University bachelor degree (Communication or journalism)
  • Excellent written and oral command of English and French
  • Complete familiarity with IT software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word etc.)
  • Excellent command of SharePoint is an asset
  • Strong interest in people management and HR activities
  • Keen sense of priorities to ensure efficient management of projects and deliverables; ability to multitask; assiduity in following up files
  • Ability to look for information, to summarise it and simplify complex processes in simple communications
  • Familiarity with teamwork, in terms of both managing the flow of files and communicating with colleagues
  • Sense of initiative and ability to work remotely and autonomously as needed
  • Keen sense of confidentiality
  • Creativity in finding new ways of communicating
  • Excellent command of the corporate tools and ability to follow the internal user rules
