Employee Exhibition Support / Visitor Support (M/F/d), 20-40%, hourly wage:

The FIFA Museum celebrates and safeguards football heritage and culture to share the magic of the game with the entire world. With exceptional exhibitions, unique original objects, fascinating stories, multimedia and interactive experiences as well as thought-provoking cultural and educational programs, the home of football history is a lively and passionate platform for fans and visitors to meet, connect and engage with each other.
We are looking for
an employee Exhibition Support / Visitor Support (M/F/d), 20-40% with immediate effect or by arrangement.
With your open and friendly nature, you inspire our guests from young to old and, with your creativity and enthusiasm, you are primarily responsible for pinball stations in the museum. You will help to ensure that a visit to the museum remains an unforgettable experience for everyone.
The assignments are flexible, on call, paid by the hour and take place from Tuesday to Sunday.

Your responsibilities:

Supervision of the pinball stations in the museum
Visitor support, especially in the Fields of Play area of the museum
Supervision of the entertainment media and reporting any defects or faults to the person in charge
Contact person in the event of emergencies or problems on site, crisis management and forwarding to the person responsible
Possible cosupervision of the VR experience as support for the VR hosts
Additional assignments at events and sporadic assignments at trade fairs as stand support are possible if interested

Your profile:

Animating personality who enjoys interacting with an international audience of all ages
Great interest and fascination in football and its history
Selfconfident appearance
Outgoing and resilient
Stamina and ability to remain calm in hectic situations
Flexibility and spontaneity in the execution of tasks
Flexibility in working hours as well as regular and reliable commitment; especially at weekends
Very good knowledge of the German language, good

- knowledge of English, any other language is an advantage

About FIFA Museum:

Our exhibitions and events in the FIFA Museum at Zurich's Enge railway station and abroad show how international football has continually developed, generating enthusiasm, inspiring and connecting people around the world.

With numerous attractions, audio-visual content and varied exhibition areas that are also intended to stimulate reflection, the museum shows the global influence of football.

A permanent exhibition area of around 3,000 square metres is available on three levels and comprises more than 1,000 exhibits in an interactive, multimedia world of experience.

In addition, the museum offers an exciting cultural program and an educational program for families with children and school classes.

Our FIFA Museum team is just as unique as our exhibitions and events program. Around 80 employees are currently working for the museum. They represent different nationalities, various professional backgrounds and numerous languages. They are united by their shared passion, love and enthusiasm for football and culture.
