Job Description_

Classroom Assistant Teachers are integral members of the grade-level team, working closely with the Classroom Teachers to whom they are assigned to provide effective learning environments for students. We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Grade 1 team, which includes 2 international and 2 bilingual classes.***
Responsibilities
******:

Supports the work of the Classroom Teacher in accordance with the ZIS curriculum, along with the ZIS Mission and Philosophy, Character Standards and Learning Principles
:
Assists the Teacher in planning and implementing daily lesson plans
:
Works with individual students and small groups as needed
:
Supports the emotional, physical and social development of students******
Essential requirements

******:

BA / BSC or equivalent university degree
:
Ability to connect with and support students with diverse learning needs, including multilingual learners
:
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
:
A valid work permit for Switzerland*****
Previous recent experience working in a school will be a distinct advantage.**
