Administrative assistant - Global Clients

  • Are you looking for a versatile position within a multicultural environment? Our KPMG global client team that provides bestclass service and drives a one firm spirit in focusing and responding to specific client needs is looking for a fulltime administrative assistant.
    Lausanne, Geneva, Zurich

By arrangement

50 % - 60 %
Your contribution to KPMG

Set up meetings, organize and maintain calendars, managing priorities effectively and proactively

Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for both domestic and international business trips

Create slide decks and present it on calls, create and/or edit documents in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Update and maintain our customer relationship management database and prepare newsletters for clients

Perform accounting tasks, such as invoicing, following up on accounts receivable and accounts payable, manage the team's expenses and prepare some financial reporting analyses

Support for the events organisation and coordination

This is what makes you successful

Business diploma or equivalent education with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position

Full proficiency in English, a very good level in French would be a strong asset

Committed and resilient with a can-do attitude, who thinks proactively and takes responsibility

Coordinating and setting priorities in a fast moving environment are among your strengths

Strong attention to details with an aptitude for proofreading

Proven ability to deal with confidential/sensitive information with a high degree of tact and discretion

A strong team player who enjoys working in diverse teams

Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skills
