    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    First point of contact for our business customers in Switzerland
    Communication hub between customers, internal departments, and our international network
    Independent processing of written and telephone customer inquiries
    Answering inquiries from our colleagues in various Dun & Bradstreet countries as well as from international partner companies
    User administration and technical support of our online systems
    Care of the chat board
    Support for product launches and new product versions


    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


    We are looking for a professional who aims for a high level of service, enjoys customer contact, and collaborates closely with other areas of the company.

    You work methodically and preferably have worked for several years in a customer service role. You have a good understanding of customer needs, quality, and business values. You have a good understanding of the big picture and are motivated to continue to develop and learn.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
    Completed commercial education (KV EFZ, Profile E)
    3 to 5 years of professional experience in the commercial sector, preferably in a customer-oriented area
    Fluent in German, good English skills, good Italian skills in both written and spoken
    Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    Experience with Salesforce is advantageous
    Basic knowledge of balance sheet analysis
    Solution-oriented team player with independent and precise/cautious work style
    Customer and service orientation
    Communicative, outgoing personality
