Sr. Manager, Digital Transformation PMO position located near the J&J Consumer site in Skillman, NJ or Zug, Switzerland.

The Consumer Health organization is on a journey to become a Digital-First organization.

The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is driving the overall Digital transformation, by building and deploying end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem.

Along the journey, this team is transforming underlying business processes, building a sustainable support model, and driving the adoption of digital tools that generate new value and improve employee, customer, and consumer experiences.

Team members of the DTO demonstrate strong experience in supply chain, end to end thinking, digital acumen and ensure proper linkages to the digital strategies of partner functions (R&D, Commercial, Quality etc.).


The PMO function of the Digital Transformation Office is looking for a global leader with in-depth knowledge and proven track record in digital/digital transformation and project/program management.

The Sr. Manager, Digital Transformation PMO will play a critical role in the execution of our Consumer Health Digital Strategy.

This individual will be directly responsible for the development and delivery of Digital Capability roadmaps that will transform our business, drive new ways of working, and deliver financial and business results.

This individual will be responsible to ensure operational execution is delivered with high quality, within expected timelines and budgets.

This individual will lead a high-performing team of cross-functional teams and oversee the delivery of value for our internal employees, customers, and consumers.


This role will be responsible for managing multiple highly complex, global, strategic initiatives that shape the future state strategy for the Consumer Health organization and key value delivery initiatives across the enterprise.

He/she will oversee the successful execution of various projects from initial resourcing, through discovery, execution, and realization of achievements and expected results.

This individual will be accountable for appropriate resourcing, including talent identification and selection, new team member onboarding, and resource constraint management for multiple interdependent initiatives.

This individual will proactively identify program and technical risks, generate mitigation plans, and facilitate the closure of risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.


This role will build a strong culture within their project teams, instilling values of ownership and dedication to project and business plans.

This individual will partner with other Program Managers, Capability Owners, and Product Owners to negotiate, assess tradeoffs, and resolve complex issues across various initiatives and projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive overall achievement of digital capabilities and roadmap by orchestrating highly interdependent, crossfunctional, and complex digital initiatives.
  • Ensure successful delivery of endtoend digital capabilities in partnership with digital product owners, J&J Technology, and crossfunctional business users.
  • Enforce adherence to timelines, resource plans, and schedules across multiple interdependent initiatives.
  • Prepare and provide regular updates for the leadership team on the progress of overall portfolio, programs and associated initiatives.
  • Serve as a coordinator and point of escalation for different teams.
  • Proactively identify program and technical risks, generate mitigation plans, and facilitate the closure of risks in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
  • Participate in portfolio governances and annual Business Planning process globally, ensuring a robust plan is developed and aligned to our balanced scorecard and meets the needs of the J&J businesses
  • Create and espouse a highperforming, diverse and inclusive project team culture where different viewpoints are visibly encouraged and supported.
  • Continuously raise the bar on team member performance, process excellence, program or portfolio management results and practices

Qualifications:


Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelors' degree is required. Master of Business Administration (MBA), master's degree and/or PhD in a relevant field is preferred.
