In Switzerland, our experienced team works across multiple sectors and skill sets including Life Sciences.We are looking for a new Executive Search Consultant to join the team and develop our Healthcare and Life Sciences footprint on the Swiss Market.

Main responsibilities:
Gain comprehensive understanding of the client company, industry and the position requirements,
Identifying and connecting with executives
Managing client relationships and leading clients updates
Develop position specification and a focused search strategy based on your market knowledge,
Maintain progress reports and market feedback reports for presentation to client,
Develop new business by creating client proposals, participating at conferences/events and other creative sales approaches,
Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of all search information in our proprietary database.
The profile we need:
5+ years of Executive Search, full lifecycle recruiting (or related corporate experience) in Switzerland
Healthcare and LifeSciences network
Effective negotiating skills
Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions,
Think beyond traditional methods to exceed expectations,
Curious by nature, proactive and self-motivated,
Tenacious, you don't give up until results are achieved,
Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards,
Keen to progress within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
We are looking for confident, ambitious and passionate team members, English speakers, German and/French would be amazing.
Last but not least, you will join a very dynamic team, and will benefit from our global platform to develop your business (we animate practices groups with consultants from all over the world and our CRM and our talent database are both global).
