To support our Credit Operations team and the growth of the business we are looking for a highly dynamic and motivated:

Financial Operations Manager

In a young and very multicultural team, you will get the opportunity to be responsible for the diligent management of the assigned SCF program/s including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring and risk reporting.

• Monitor the program data, reports and processes
• Ensure the smooth operation of the program
• Handling daily operational activities including customers' queries
• Maintain and develop relationships with business partners
• Train customers on program and system usage
• User acceptance test on new features of the inhouse developed program software
• Identify and evaluate customers' and/or internal requirements before presenting them to Programs Structuring

Requirements:

• Degree in Banking & Finance
• Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar field and role
• Excellent command of English (written and oral), every other language is an advantage
• Proficient Microsoft Office tools skills
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are a bonus
• Accurate, efficient, solutionoriented, autonomous and have customeroriented working methods
• Team player and willing to take ownership for work and growth
• Openminded, reliable, communicative, resilient, flexible, quick perception and crosslinked thinking
• Strong desire to improve processes
