What exactly you will do here:
Lead, develop and coach the team consisting of governance, risk and control experts

Implement and steer the implementation of the requirements of 2nd Line functions in the 1st Line (in Technology)

What we're looking for:
University degree, further education in governance, risk and compliance or related fields is an advantage

Leadership experience in a similar role in financial services7+ years in (a) governance, risk management, compliance or audit role(s)Indepth understanding of applicable regulatory requirements
Very good communication and presentation skills in English, German is a plus
