IT User Administration-The IT User administrator will be working on access requirements across software and web based tools for users or vendors supporting our Investment Bank.


  • Prioritizing tasks at the customer's request
  • Updated/Creating process documentation
  • Execution of special requests for migrations or other situations as requested by your team lead/manager
  • Cooperation with various IT groups in client/vendor teams, primarily in Switzerland and other locations
  • Produce/Run reports as required
  • Gain detailed knowledge of all process flows and guide users accordingly
  • Managing identities and access to variety of systems
  • During onboarding, the line manager of a new joiner is kept up to date by the user administrator using a traffic light system

Desired Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the User Administration field or similar field
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong Microsoft operating System installation and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and selfmotivating
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security. Strong German/French and English verbal skills and written English Skills (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
