Der Fachbereich Workplace Communication stellt den Mitarbeitenden der Stadt die verschiedensten Kommunikationsmittel für ihre tägliche Arbeit zur Verfügung. Dabei stellen wir eine hohe Servicequalität sicher und unterstützen die rund 35'000 Mitarbeitenden sowie 13'000 Lehrpersonen in den 76 Dienstabteilungen kompetent. Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung Workplace Communication& Collaboration suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Kommunikations-Lösungen im Microsoft Teams, MS Teams Phone System, Microsoft Teams Room System, Mitel OpenScape Voice sowie weiterer Kommunikationssysteme.
Aufgaben
- Du administrierst und konfigurierst (TAC und/oder PowerShell) im MS Teams Öko-System (Anrufgruppen, Warteschleifen, Auto Attendants, Video etc.).
- Du überwachst und stellst einen stabilen und störungsfreien Betrieb der Kommunikationslösungen sicher.
- Du wirkst bei Optimierungen, Automatisierungen, Verbesserungen und Erweiterungen der Kommunikationslösungen mit und/oder implementierst diese.
- Du bearbeitest Störungen und Serviceanfragen mit Schwerpunkt im MS Teams Öko-System.
- Du leitest kleinere Projekte und wirkst bei grösseren Migrationen mit.
- Du pflegst die Betriebsdokumentationen und entwickelst diese weiter.
Profil
- Eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis als Telematiker, IT-Systemtechnicker, IT-Plattformentwickler oder gleichwertiger Ausbildung
- Sehr gutes Know-how im Bereich Enterprise VoIP, Teams Öko-System, M365, SIP, SBC, QoS, GraphAPI, PowerShell
- Gutes Know-how im Bereich Netzwerk, Windows- und Linux-Server
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb einer Enterprise VoIP- und/oder Teams Öko-System
- Gute Troubleshooting- und Analyse-Fähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität
