- Sicherstellung des modernen, aktuellen und konsistenten Onlineauftritts der Cendres+Métaux Group auf externen und internen digitalen Plattformen, mit Fokus auf ein ganzheitliches, performantes Ökosystem zur Kunden- und Mitarbeitendenbindung und -gewinnung mit Website, Usablity, SEO, E-Mail Marketing, Social Media, KPI Tracking, Monitoring und Analyse
- Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von multimedialem Content, Begleiten unseres Multimedia Trainees. Publishen und Seeden unterschiedlicher Contents in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kommunikationsexpert:innen
- Projektleitung von Digitalprojekten sei es die Evaluation und Realisation eines DAM, eines neuen CMS oder PIM
- Laufende Evaluation von Software und neuen Tools zur effizienteren Planung und Umsetzung der Kommunikationsmassnahmen
- Du verfügst über einen Abschluss in Digital Marketing oder eine Zusatzausbildung in digitaler Kommunikation. Dabei interessieren dich insbesondere Performance Marketing und die Implementierung von Tools.
- Du hast einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Agentur und/oder einem Unternehmen gesammelt.
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit flachen Hierarchien: Wir sind seit Jahrzehnten konstant erfolgreich, befinden uns aber aufgrund mehrerer Übernahmen im Wandel, was einen hohen Bedarf an interner und externer Kommunikation mit sich bringt.
- Du hast Lust, unser zweisprachiges Team mit Spezialisten aus den Bereichen online Redaktion, Grafic Design, Marketingkommunikation und Eventmanagement durch deine vielseitigen, digitalen und multimedialen Fähigkeiten zu ergänzen.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst und handelst vernetzt, bist kontaktfreudig und neugierig. Auch hast du Interesse an handwerklichen Tätigkeiten und technischen Inhalten.
- Muttersprache Deutsch oder Französisch mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache und Englisch.
