As a Financial Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic financial management topics to support the Group to achieve its objectives.

Covering a broad range of profitability and cost management topics, you will not only act as interface across finance, strategy, and business functions but also have the chance to lead specific projects and/or work streams in cross-functional initiatives.

Your daily work will require strong analytical and inter-personal skills as well as a hands-on attitude for operational financial tasks.

The role is part of the Group Performance Management team within the Finance division and offers exposure to senior management.


YOUR CHALLENGE:


  • Drive financial management topics to support the Group to achieve strategic objectives with a holistic focus on profitability (incl. business units, clients, products)
  • Act as interface across finance, strategy, and business functions by integrating business initiatives into financial steering and planning processes
  • Conduct quantitative performance analysis, visualize, and communicate findings to different stakeholders within the organization incl. senior management
  • Adapt quickly to emerging financial topics and requirements based on the strategic priorities of the Group
  • Contribute to the further development of revenue and cost management frameworks
  • Lead specific projects in the context of financial management and/or work streams in crossfunctional initiatives (incl. PMO activities)

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Strong academic record: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent, preferably at Master's degree level
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable finance or strategy function within the banking industry or within consulting/Big Four
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of the Banking business
  • General understanding of finance processes within an international organisation.
  • Very strong analytical, conceptual, and problemsolving skills
  • Collaborative working style with strong communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong personal drive with good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Independent, efficient, and meticulous work method
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
