Scientist, New Ingredient Process Research & Development (R&D)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop chemical processes up to production by integrating principles of process safety and complying with high environmental standards.
Implement cuttingedge technologies, with a focus on flow chemistry and continuous manufacturing.
Participate as expert in the transfer of new ingredient processes to our global production plants.
Maintain high level of expertise through review of the current scientific literature, industrial stateoftheart, and participation in scientific seminars and meetings
Prepare scientific reports and ensure appropriate communication of technical results at S&R meetings.

You bring:
_**- _ PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with practical experiences in both organic chemistry and continuous flow chemistry._
- _ Experience in continuous reactor scale-up is a plus._
- _ Ability to work independently and as team member to achieve results._
- _ Passion for process development and novel technologies._
- _ Curious, open-minded, highly motivated with excellent communication skills._
- _ Fluency in English, proficiency in French is a plus._
