Join our strategy team in our
Project Management Office within the Chemtech Division based in Switzerland as
Early Career Starter to support us in the deployment of our Chemtech strategy by working closely with our global operating businesses.


In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Support the Global Head of Project Management Office and his team in all areas of our growth initiative review cycle
  • Coordinate and follow up with global operating businesses on all strategic initiatives to prepare for regular reviews
  • Prepare steering committee executive presentation in close cooperation with project managers and initiative leaders
  • Support in and prepare market analysis and reports on activities / products
  • Support in and prepare market trend analysis such as customer, value chain, competition scenario, analysis and benchmarking
  • Track global trends on a regular basis
  • Other projects / tasks as assigned

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in chemical engineering, engineering or business administration with an excellent degree
  • Preferable 13 years experience in an analytical focused position (e.g. M&A, Consulting, Financial Analytics, Engineering) with need to communicate to various hierarchical levels
  • An interest and curiosity to learn more about the chemical engineering and renewable (plastic recycling etc.) industry and our business strategy
  • Ability to translate information and use analytical skills to prepare presentation and papers for steering committee reviews
  • Excellent communication skills at various stakeholder levels
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral)
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritizing skills
