Your field of responsibility
Within Global Real Estate, you would join the international Acquisition & Sales Team


The role offers:

  • You a challenging role within the International Real Estate Acquisition & Sales Team, based in Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate's headquarters in Zurich.
  • A position in a dynamic team working on highpriority real estate investments across Europe, Americas & APAC for various funds and mandates.
  • You will assist in managing the pipeline list of all real estate transactions, documenting the acquisition & sales process, managing the budget and invoicing process monitor, and be a part of the underwriting deal team.
  • Assist in organizing kickoff & postclosing meetings for all transactions, weekly regional meetings, update the weekly reporting and organize the Global Investment Committee Meetings
  • Assist in having Nondisclosure Agreements/Confidentiality Agreements reviewed, signed and filed with brokers/sellers.
  • You will support the senior transaction managers during the due diligence process and carry out ad hoc tasks for the Operations team.
  • You have the chance to interact with all other real estate functions such Asset Management, Finance and Portfolio Management.
  • Ensure compliance with CS processes.

Your skills and experience

  • You are a dynamic and analytical person with a high level of autonomy
  • You like challenging tasks and are able to meet tight deadlines
  • You are you willing to go the extra mile
  • You have welldeveloped organizational and analytical skills
  • You have a university degree in finance, business, economics or real estate or equivalent apprenticeship training
  • If you gathered 35 years of experience in an operations function in a bank or asset management firm, experience with a real estate or private equity firm is an advantage
  • As a teamplayer you show a motivated and flexible cando attitude
  • Fluency in English, German or other language is a plus
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
