Das FIFA Museum zelebriert und bewahrt das Erbe und die Kultur des Fussballs, um die Faszination des Spiels mit der ganzen Welt zu teilen. Mit aussergewöhnlichen Ausstellungen, einzigartigen Originalobjekten, faszinierenden Geschichten, multimedialen und interaktiven Erlebnissen sowie anregenden Kultur

- und Bildungsprogrammen ist das Haus der Fussballgeschichte eine lebendige und leidenschaftliche Plattform für Fans und Besucher, um sich zu treffen, miteinander in Kontakt zu treten und sich auszutauschen.

eine/n Service-Mitarbeiter/in Gastronomie Outles 100%.

Deine Aufgaben:

Begrüssung und Betreuung der Gäste während ihres Aufenthaltes in unseren Gastronomie Outles
Entgegennahme von Bestellungen, Beantwortung von Kundenfragen, Unterstützung bei der Produktauswahl
Bearbeitung und Erfassung von Bestellungen sowie Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemässen Verarbeitung
Upselling und Cross-Selling; Angebot zusätzlicher Produkte oder Dienstleistungen zur Umsatzsteigerung

Unsere Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, Ausbildung in der Gastronomie von Vorteil
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations, und Kundenbetreuungsfähigkeiten
Selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Teamfähig, belastbar und motiviert; hält sich an die Einsatzpläne
Flexibilität bei den Arbeitszeiten; vor allem auch an Wochenenden
Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse; jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil

About FIFA Museum:

Our exhibitions and events in the FIFA Museum at Zurich's Enge railway station and abroad show how international football has continually developed, generating enthusiasm, inspiring and connecting people around the world.

With numerous attractions, audio-visual content and varied exhibition areas that are also intended to stimulate reflection, the museum shows the global influence of football.

A permanent exhibition area of around 3,000 square metres is available on three levels and comprises more than 1,000 exhibits in an interactive, multimedia world of experience.

In addition, the museum offers an exciting cultural program and an educational program for families with children and school classes.

Our FIFA Museum team is just as unique as our exhibitions and events program. Around 80 employees are currently working for the museum. They represent different nationalities, various professional backgrounds and numerous languages. They are united by their shared passion, love and enthusiasm for football and culture.
