Executive Assistant - Full Time - Winterthur, Switzerland

This position is responsible for providing administrative support for multiple Senior Managers in Sulzer, up to and including C-Level.

The jobholder will establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in support of his / her managers.


Your main tasks and responsibilities:


  • Manages calendar and mailbox, takes care of travel and meeting arrangement, including preparation of schedule and background material
  • Creates, consolidates and / or edits various content (documents, presentations, spreadsheets, etc) for internal and external key audiences. Take minutes of meeting as per request
  • Takes care of general administrative duties, such as creating purchase orders, invoice review and approval, creating and reviewing expense reports, etc.
  • Plans and coordinates various events including vendor selection, agenda setup, logistics, as well as onsite support during the event
  • Handles adhoc requests and provides project support as needed

What you bring to Sulzer:


  • Degree in Business Administration and several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a listed company with exposure to Senior Management
  • Very good communication skills in English (w/s) and German and proficient in MS Office (Power Point / Excel)
  • High level of integrity, discreet professional with the ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with management and peers
  • Detail oriented and analytic, yet able to keep the highlevel overview about multiple projects and activities
  • Pragmatic and costconscious personality with a high degree of solution orientation and a positive cando attitude
  • Resilient and calm character. Great team player
