If so, we would love to meet youYour role involves overseeing investment advisory assistance globally across all locations (Olten, Zurich, Lausanne, Geneva) with a team of 4 to 5 and leading the sector on a personal, entrepreneurial, and functional level according to defined principles. You engage as the Head of Support Investments, ensuring an organized and appropriate framework that guarantees the professional execution of processes in the sector, for both internal and external clients. You contribute to providing high-quality services and develop the Support Investments sector, particularly by encouraging processes. In this role, you are responsible for the management of resources, risk management, and operations of the Support Investments sector. You participate in daily activitiesWhat we offer: banking and solid professional experience in the investment advisory assistance sector, updated specialized knowledge, good understanding of the regulatory framework, affinity for processes and system usage, experience in people management, leadership style and skills, social and coaching skills, good engaging personality capable of creating networks, intrinsic interest in ecological and social issues, ability to work in a team, desire to learn, open-mindedness, solution-oriented and flexible, very good verbal and written expression in German and French; knowledge of the X Finnova system is a plus. We have a model that ensures equal pay for equal work. Our salaries are transparent internally, and we guarantee a maximum pay gap of 1:5 between the lowest and highest salaries.
