About the role:

Our client is an international company focusing on telecommunication.

We are currently looking for their next Project Coordinator working closely to the CTO and Business Unit Managers on multiple crucial projects for the expansion of the company.

Your job will be very varied and you will have a transversal position.

Job duties:

Work on several projects, impacting more than 700 internal colleagues worldwide
Work on planning development and structuration
Work on program communication and monitoring
Support projects on several steps (participate to meetings, create Powerpoints, manage timelines and budgets, organize workshops)
Followup on projects' portfolio with the team

We are looking for:

Recently graduated from a Business or Management degree (or similar)
Also graduated from a technical field (engineering, IT,...) would be a big plus
First proven experience working on wide projects within an international company
Fluency in English, any other language an asset
Ability to speak with managers and department directors
