If so, join our Novo Nordisk Finance team in Zurich, Switzerland as a Strategic Finance and Project Director in the exciting area of Rare Disease.

The Position
You act as the Project responsible for key strategic finance and supply chain related projects related to Rare Disease.

You will be responsible to provide input to BD opportunities from a commercial finance perspective, lead the financial integration of acquired and licensed assets and drive the quarterly re-assessment of the assets.

Your main accountabilities will be:

Driving Rare Disease commercial supply chain management, ensuring ongoing commercial recommendations to senior management on portfolio prioritization and optimizing supply and demand across planning horizons.
Driving crossfunctional strategic analysis and supporting adhoc business cases.
Developing business models and be part of crossfunctional strategic projects, driving financial analysis related to new assets and opportunities.
Responsibility to drive longterm resource allocation and P&L forecasting

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience and proven track record in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and project management.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in modelling/forecasting.
Experience working with external parties.
Experience working within a global context and environment and ability to drive change in a matrix organization.

As a person, you are skilled in excellent stakeholder management, possessing the ability to effectively work in a matrix organization.

You have a strong strategic and analytical mind-set, which is essential in solving complex problems. You are intellectually curious, have a demonstrated desire to take initiative and possess the ability to think creatively.

The Novo Nordisk Rare Disease HQ, based in Zurich, Switzerland, is driving change for patients in rare blood and rare endocrine disorders.
