Responsibilities:
Your background: 5 year plus working within projects or service organization, delivering process management and improvement projects utilizing L6S Six Sigma and other CI methodologies such a PDCA, 8D Excellent verbal and written communication skills being able to communicate at all levels within the organization Experience of process mapping, gap analysis, implementation and improving process with recognized Green Belt qualification (Six Sigma) Experience of identify and tracking cost/benefits associated to improvements Can manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Experience of training, coaching and creating relevant material Self starter and motivator that can engage a change in culture as well as work autonomously Can analyze data and provide relevant reports and generate improvements Able to get involved to ensure delivery Comfortable interacting and challenging all levels of global management Ability to manage teams who do not directly report into you Can be remotely based but must be flexible to travel globally as required Desirable Experience of developing long term visions 3 to 5 year plans Black Belt Six Sigma qualification Customer facing experience ADONIS Knowledge and experience
